Its really cheap and it seems very reliable, also in most cases I don't think you even have to go to Aduana, they bring it to your door. Then I remembered all the stories I've heard of packages not arriving, or arriving after a month or two- with all the runaround to pay aduana and pick up the package. You checked UPS and FedEx; is there some reason you didn't consider USPS (the US Postal Service)? I've always had good luck with them, and the price is much more reasonable.
